The race debrief, with front row seats and the chance to ask direct questions to the technical directors, was a particular highlight. This programme is truly transformational for all participants, especially those aspiring to study Engineering at university.<\/p>\n<p>It is also a wonderful opportunity to develop relationships and build character. The work experience is residential, and includes the opportunity to go out for dinner and spend social time together.<\/p>\n<p>Feedback from our Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix colleagues was overwhelmingly positive.
